With over twenty-one years of finance and analysis experience, Cyril Neal provides leadership to Windham’s financial operations team. Prior to joining Windham in 2006, Mr. Neal has a broad understanding of financial and operational issues. His expertise in financial reporting, planning and analysis, cash flow, systems and process implementation give Windham a strong business advisor in its financial group. Cyril is responsible for developing Windham’s financial strategy, cash management and control, and for supervising all corporate financial activity as well as our Information Technology department. Cyril earned a Master of Business Administration from Anna Maria College in Paxton, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
