Cyril P. McGuire, a Trintech co-founder, has served as a director since 1987, chairman since August 1999, and chief executive officer since February 2002. From 1991 to late 1999, he served as president, and from 1987 to 1991, he served as managing director. Prior to co-founding Trintech, from 1982 to 1987, Mr. McGuire worked with the Industrial Credit Corporation plc, a leading Irish commercial bank. There his responsibilities included the appraisal of electronic industry investment projects. Mr. McGuire received a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business from University College Dublin. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, and a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. He currently resides in Dublin, Ireland. |
