Cynthia Park is on the Government Contracts Team in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Cindy represents government contractors and bidders, government agencies and major corporations in all aspects of procurement and government contracting. She advises clients on procurement regulations, laws and polices at the local, state and federal levels and issues regarding certification as disadvantaged, minority and woman business enterprises (D/M/WBEs). She has assisted clients in preparing D/M/WBE certification applications and appeals of certification eligibility decisions.
In General. Cindy earned her J.D. from Indiana University Bloomington in 2006, where she was notes editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal and treasurer of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association. She received her bachelor’s degree with honors in political science and psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. |
