Ms. Maher currently serves as the Company's Corporate Director of Human Resources Corporate Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Maher is responsible for ensuring that NTS recruits hires develops and retains the best and the brightest members of our team while ensuring that our key resources our employees are provided with first class benefits and services. In her role as Corporate Counsel Ms. Maher advises and counsels the Company on various legal matters.
Prior to joining the Company Ms. Maher maintained a business and employment trial law practice for over 20 years during which time she was associated with several large Los Angeles law firms before co-founding her own firm.
Ms. Maher holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles where she was a member of the Law Review. Ms. Maher is an active member of the State Bar of California and also is admitted to practice before all federal courts in the State of California. |
