Cynthia has been with Continental Stock since 1987. She clearly remembers her first job as an assistant to the bookkeeper in what was then a two-person department. Today she is the Accounting Supervisor and Director of Human Resources, and manages a staff working under the Chief Operating Officer. Years ago one of Cynthia's first initiatives as a new supervisor was the development of Continental's first computerized accounting system. Expanding her experience and trying new techniques has been a hallmark of her career at Continental. As the Director of Human Resources her goal is to make Continental a pleasant work environment for the employees by instituting benefits programs that enhance their well-being. |
