Ms. Jolly joined the SECU Board in October 2002. She is an avid supporter of life-long education and public service. When asked why she is interested in giving of her time to serve, Ms. Jolly responds, I believe in the mission of SECU ‘people helping people.’ As a cooperative, non-profit association, we provide valuable resources and services to our members. I am particularly excited about the SECU Foundation and its potential to address community issues across North Carolina. Ms. Jolly holds an undergraduate degree from NC State University and a graduate degree from Duke University. Her professional career includes long experience in educational leadership at the state and local levels; most recently, she retired as Assistant Superintendent (for Curriculum and Instruction) of the Wake County Public School System.
