Cynthia Gore, PHR, Director of Human Resources, joined Cypress Care in January 2006. She is responsible for implementing the strategic Human Resources plans for Cypress Care through the development of HR initiatives and programs. Cynthia is also responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating strategies associated with attracting, retaining and motivating the best talent in the industry. The role includes managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle (human resources and benefits operations, employee relations, recruiting, training and development, organizational development, etc).She ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning employment and manages all outside vendors for Human Resources Services, including benefits broker and companies, recruiting firms and payroll provider. Cynthia’s wealth of HR experience extends into many industries including Real Estate Development Company, Web-Marketing to the largest Home Improvement Retailer and a Wholesaler of Office Products. She received a B.S. Degree in Business Management for Coastal Carolina University, is a certified PHR. She is a member of the National and Local SHRM organizations as well as the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce HRMA. |
