Cynthia Lee advises clients on various employee benefits matters, such as the design and implementation of employee welfare benefit plans-including health savings accounts (HSAs) and health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs)-and the review of benefits issues relating to company mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Lindquist & Vennum, Cynthia worked as a mergers and acquisitions associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York and as an employee benefits associate at Dunlap & Seeger in Rochester, Minnesota.
