Experience
Cindy joined Pierce Atwood's Trusts & Estates group in 2007. She comes to Pierce Atwood from Winkler & Worthen, where she was a founding partner. Her legal practice includes all aspects of estate planning and administration in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to founding her own firm, Cindy chaired the Trusts & Estates practice at Faulkner, Plaut, Hanna, Freund & Worthen in Keene, New Hampshire.
Cindy is experienced in crafting estate plans for estates of all sizes and in the administration of estates and trusts of all sizes.
Education
Cindy received her JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center (1989) and a BS in physical therapy, magna cum laude, from Boston Bouve College at Northeastern University (1977).
Professional Activities
Cindy is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Trusts and Estates and Real Estate Sections), the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Boston Estate Planning Council.

Cindy is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
