Cynthia J. Cutler joined Koerner & Associates, Inc. after practicing law for ten years. She specialized in employment litigation and counseling with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in Nashville, Tenneessee, where she was a member of the firm's recruiting committee. Before that, Cynthia practiced with Fowler Measle & Bell in Lexington, Kentucky. Cynthia is also a certified mediator and active in several bar associations, including serving on the Board of the Tennessee Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. She earned her J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review and National Trial Team, and received a B.A. in History and English from the University of Miami.
