Cynthia provides strategic direction and leadership for the Digital Solutions Division. Tasked with the responsibility to service, maintain and grow the client base, she works with her team to identify creative and innovative solutions to help retain clients for life. To do so, Cynthia directs all aspects of our customer service relationships. A Fullbright Scholar, Cynthia earned an M.B.A. in International Business from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI. Prior to joining Rapid Solutions Group, she spent four years as a lead Product Manager launching, implementing and maintaining OEM and Dealership product lines in a number of South American countries on behalf of the BASF Corporation. |
