Cindy Siwecki joined Reiser Group's Executive Committee in 2005 as Vice President of Marketing & Research. She brings over 25 years experience in the New Home and Condominium Conversion Industry. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of Residential Marketing and Research that include land acquisition evaluation, product development, floor plan review, marketing plan, and merchandising. Cindy produces site specific and overall market feasibility reports that include pricing and absorption and is considered one of the Building Industry's experts in understanding and predicting market trends. She tracks economic, sociological, and psychological trends in buyer behavior with respect to how to reach the target audience and what makes them decide to purchase a home. Cindy works closely with our Developer Clients and Sales Directors to enable all to achieve their mutual goals.
Prior to joining Reiser Group, Cindy was Executive Vice President of The Ryness Company. In 1977, she founded the Marketing Research Department and created The Ryness Report, which has become an important source of information for clients, staff, and key real estate industry people. In addition, she developed an information network on competing communities in California and Arizona. It was designed to keep the staff and clients up-to-date on market trends such as pricing, absorption, product, etc.
Cindy is past President of the Sales and Marketing Council and currently serves on their Board of Directors. She has been recognized as SMC's Marketing Director of the Year and was awarded the title of Marketing Director of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Cindy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a licensed pilot, horsewoman, and falconer (birds of prey) and lives with her husband, Lee, in Danville. |
