Cynthia A. Hedricks, Ph.D. (Chief Analytics Officer) has over 20 years of diverse experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data gathered in the applied setting. She was Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Caliper, where she led a team that developed new products and deliverables, conducted basic psychometric research, and supported the firm’s research-based consulting services. Her most recent projects included a global study of the personality qualities that distinguish women leaders, and the development of norms for cross-cultural comparisons. She was on the faculty at the University of Southern California, teaching a doctoral seminar on Work and Leisure, and courses in research methods and data analysis. She has a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, M.A.’s from The University of Chicago and the University of Hartford, and a Ph.D. from The University of Chicago. She was awarded an Andrew W. Mellon fellowship for study at the Carolina Population Center, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. |
