Cyndi Wagner, is presently Chief Financial Officer of Providence Interactive Capital, LLC and oversees finance and operations for all subsidiary companies. Her twenty-year career in the field of finance includes experience in the technology, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, energy and retail industries. Ms. Wagner has held Controller and CFO positions with companies in the emerging and growth sectors, served as Internal Audit Manager for Zale Corporation and Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Wagner graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas and completed the CPA exam shortly thereafter. As Chief Financial Officer of JetPay Merchant Services, LLC, Ms. Wagner manages oversight of all finance and accounting operations, human resources administration and corporate affairs. |
