Curtis Kent has over 25 years experience in electrical engineering. Curtis began his career as a design engineer of software and hardware (analog and digital) products. His success catapulted him into lead technical roles which further transitioned into executive positions. Curtis has led R&D efforts in defense industries (both DOD and non-DOD) as well as at commercial companies in a variety of fields including reconfigurable computing, embedded systems, EDA software, semiconductor chip design, algorithm development, signal processing, telecommunications (audio, video and data) and satellite systems. Curtis has worked at several startups (Chameleon Systems, Voyan Technology, CPU Technology and Vindicator) as well as at several large corporations such as ARGOSystems, ESL, Lockheed, GTE, Cadence, Harris and Spectra Physics. Curtis has an MSEE degree from San Jose State University in California and a BSEE degree from DeVry in Arizona. He has also held multiple high level security clearances. |
