Dr. Crawford is President and Chief Executive Officer of XCEO, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and corporate governance. Prior to founding XCEO, Inc., he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Onix Microsystems; a private photonics technology company that designed, manufactured and sold MEMS based optical switching engines. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of ON Semiconductor Corporation (ONNN, NASDAQ) from September 1999 until April 1, 2002. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ZiLOG Incorporated (ZLOG, NASDAQ) from March of 1998 until March 16, 2001. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of ZiLOG Incorporated from May of 1999 until March 16, 2001. Schooled in the computer and semiconductor industries, he is a forceful advocate of a customer-driven, systems-level approach to the electronics business. |
