Curtis E. Simkin joined Willbros Engineers Inc. in 1996 as Project Manager for an international engineering assignment. He was named General Manager of the Houston office and Manager of Projects in Tulsa and was promoted to Vice President - Project Management in 1999 and President in July 2003. He has over 20 years experience in managing the design and construction of pipelines and ancillary facilities including significant experience with a major interstate natural gas pipeline operator. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Project Management Professional. |
