Curt is a partner in the business law department and focuses his practice on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, mezzanine finance and fund formation matters. He is chair of the business and technology practice group and a member of the private equity and mezzanine finance and investment funds practice groups.

Represented private equity and mezzanine funds in numerous subordinated debt and equity investments.
Represented principal seller in a leveraged buyout transaction by a leading national private equity fund.
Represented operating companies in numerous senior debt, subordinated debt and equity investment transactions.
Represented senior lenders in numerous senior credit facilities.
Represented real estate developers in numerous joint venture and financing transactions for office, hotel and mixed use facilities.
