Curt joined SensAble from SynaPix, a developer of solutions for combining 2D imagery and 3D graphics, where he was President and CEO. Prior to SynaPix, Curt was with Avid Technology from 1988 to 1996. After joining as a Co-Founder and serving as the company's VP of Sales and Marketing, he served as the company's President and CEO from 1991 to 1996. During his tenure at Avid, Curt built the company to become the world leader in video editing with revenues in excess of $400 million, in addition to leading the organization through a successful IPO. Prior to Avid, he held management positions with Racal, Pixel Computer, Applicon, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has served as a director on the boards of several high tech companies in Massachusetts. Curt received an MBA from Harvard University and also holds an engineering degree from Duke University. |
