Curt G. Johnson is President of First American Title Insurance Company. He is responsible for overseeing the companys title operations on a national level. Mr. Johnson began his career with First American in 1996, when he was hired as Vice President-Builder/Commercial Services for the companys Phoenix office. Two years later, he transferred to the Home Office in Santa Ana, California to accept the position of Vice President-California Subdivision. In 2000, he was named Senior Vice President-National Subdivision Director; and, in 2001, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President and Director for the companys National Commercial Services group. In December 2006 he was promoted to the position of President.
Prior to joining First American, Mr. Johnson served for six years as a Senior Associate for Prudential Arizona Realty Commercial Services Group in Phoenix. Prior to that position, he served as Executive Vice President-designated broker for the Phoenix office of Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Johnson started his real estate career with Westcor, Inc.
Mr. Johnson is currently involved with various professional organizations, including the National Association of Home Builders, the California Building Industry Association, the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Johnson received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He is also a Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Mr. Johnson was born in Oregon but lived in Arizona for 41 years until relocating to San Juan Capistrano, California in 1998. He currently resides there with his wife and son. |
