Crystal Stephens is a Senior Account Executive at digital marketing and strategy agency ElectricArtists. In her role, Crystal oversees the tactical execution of online promotional campaigns for a variety of entertainment properties including A&E Network. Crystal has over nine years of marketing, promotion and project management experience in the entertainment, retail, consumer packaged goods and new media industries. Prior to joining ElectricArtists, she was an Account Director at Drillteam, specializing in influencer marketing. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing all components of brand ambassador programs for Target and Nestle, including strategy, recruitment and membership retention. In addition, she managed successful campaigns for the Lifetime Television movie Odd Girl Out and the best-selling novel I am Charlotte Simmons by Tom Wolfe. Before her work at Drillteam, she spent four year as a Marketing Manager for Citysearch.com, the leading online city guide network in the US. Her priorities at Citysearch included increasing brand awareness, site traffic and ad revenue. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in history and sociology, Crystal moved to NYC to begin her professional career as National Promotions Manager at Astralwerks Records.
