Description of Practice:
Crystal is an associate in our Century City office's real estate group whose practice involves multiple aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial leases, purchase and sale, and finance transactions. She has coordinated the closings of several single and multi-property/multi-state commercial mortgage loans. Crystal also has experience drafting various types of loan documentation and performing loan due diligence reviews.
Educational History:
Crystal received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006, where she was the Symposium Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Prior to law school, she received her Master's degree in music from the Manhattan School of Music in 2002 and her Bachelor's degree in music, summa cum laude, from the University of the Pacific in 1999. |
