Ms. Chait joined the firm as a partner in 2000. She concentrates her practice on medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, wrongful death and personal injury defense, physician representation at administrative hearings and general insurance defense matters. Ms. Chait received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993. She is a frequent speaker on medical malpractice issues. Ms. Chait is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
