Ms. Mack’s practice focuses on litigation, emphasizing professional liability defense. She regularly defends chiropractors, physicians, nurses, and represents health care institutions, including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and nursing homes. In addition to the professional liability matters handled by Ms. Mack, her practice encompasses a wide variety of matters including the defense of general negligence claims, ERISA, premises liability, and commercial litigation. Ms. Mack received her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, cum laude, in 2001 and her Bachelor of Arts from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri and Geneva, Switzerland in 1997 with honors. Ms. Mack was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado, 2001, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, in 2002. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. |
