Crayton L. Bell is a partner in the Firm’s Global Corporate Group, resident in the New York office.
Mr. Bell has experience advising clients on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions, outsourcing transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and corporate reorganizations.
Mr. Bell’s M&A and private equity experience includes transactions in North and South America, Europe and the Middle East. Some of his recent transactions include representation of private equity sponsors in connection with the leveraged buyouts of Inmarsat plc and Intelsat Ltd., representation of the sellers in connection with the sales of subsidiaries of Messer Griesheim GmbH and a minority stake in Arab Bank, and representation of the buyer of a minority stake in Eutelsat S.A.
Mr. Bell has represented both large, multinational companies and public sector clients in connection with information technology and BPO transactions. His recent experience includes transactions for JPMorgan Chase, T-Systems, Deutsche Bank AG and the NHS. He has also advised clients on joint ventures and strategic alliances in Europe, Asia and North and South America.
Mr. Bell received his B.A. from The University of the South and his M.A. from Vanderbilt University, and he is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
