Prior to joining Capital Partners, Craig worked with several private equity and angel investor groups, reviewing Private Placement Memoranda and making recommendations for funding via equity financing or debt financing. Throughout his investment career, Craig has helped several private and micro cap/small cap public companies raise capital for corporate expansion and going public, executing PIPE financing, bridge financing, strategic and financial advisory services to help accelerate growth of early stage and emerging growth companies. Craig was also a senior financial advisor at ML Stern & Co., a national retail brokerage firm providing comprehensive fixed-income platforms for the high net worth individuals. With a depth of investment experience working with the baby boomers and retirees while providing them with comprehensive retirement planning and asset allocation, Craig has capitalized his hand-on knowledge in the area of fixed-income and equities, including municipal, corporate, convertible, collateralized mortgage obligations, government agencies, U.S. Treasuries, closed-end and open-end mutual funds. As for wealth management experience, he specializes in yield and benchmark analysis including 10 & 30 year treasury, federal funds, exchange, and discount rate as he performed client portfolio valuations and management. Craig earned an MBA degree from San Diego State University and holds active securities licenses including series 7, 63, 65 and California insurance license. |
