Craig is responsible for sales and business development at e-Rewards and has been a key contributor to its development into one of the market research industry's largest online research services companies. For more than a decade, Craig has helped both end-client and market research companies develop and incorporate online research methodologies into their service capabilities. In his career, Craig has influenced the development of standards and guidelines used by today's market research industry in conducting online market research, including his work with the Federal Trade Commission to establish online privacy guidelines that led to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998. Craig is a frequent speaker at industry events and participates in several organizations, including the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO), Marketing Research Association (MRA), and the Council for Marketing & Opinion Research (CMOR). Craig also serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Texas at Arlington’s Masters of Science in Marketing Research. Craig received his BBA and completed graduate studies at the University of Texas in Arlington. |
