Craig Scott is president of Catalina Marketing’s healthcare division, Catalina Health Resource. Scott is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and its key strategic growth components.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry specifically focused around marketing and management. Prior to this position, he was a company group chairman for Nelson Communications Worldwide/ Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. During his tenure with the company, Scott was responsible for leading several of the company’s start-up initiatives and managing the global coordination of the business between European and U.S. agency affiliates. He also founded the first Hispanic healthcare agency in the United States, Bienestar LGC Communications Inc., which he later helped merge with a sister company building a top ten Hispanic communications agency. In addition, Scott founded HealthCall Network, a healthcare event marketing agency.
Scott began his career with Johnson & Johnson holding a variety of marketing and management positions with the organization during his 13-years with the company. Most notably, Scott launched ACUVUE®, the world’s first disposable contact lens, and was a key member of the marketing team that successfully re-launched TYLENOL in safety-sealed packaging during the weeks following the TYLENOL crisis in the 80s. |
