Craig Noell has over 20 years experience designing and implementing innovative solutions for the complex corporate finance needs of businesses. During the course of his career, Mr. Noell has been involved in over 25 M&A transactions and raised $1 billion in capital for his clients. He is presently the Managing Principal and CEO of Signature Capital Partners an investment company focused on distressed debt and other special situations investments. Prior to forming Signature, Craig founded Murphy Noell Capital ("MNC"), a boutique investment banking firm, and he founded and ran a special situations lending group at Goldman Sachs and Co., investing Goldman's proprietary capital in larger restructurings. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Craig was Senior Vice President at Foothill Capital where he was responsible for numerous financings facilitating the restructuring of large commercial borrowers as well as partnering with third party asset managers for the acquisition of over $1 billion in distressed CI&R loans. Mr. Noell is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business. |
