Craig Moseley provides mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory services to communications and technology companies. He also has primary responsibility for leading Daniels’ technology practice. Since he joined Daniels & Associates in 1993, he has been involved with more than 100 mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, appraisal and consulting projects. He has worked with a broad range of communications and technology companies including Internet service and content providers, data security and storage companies, IT and applications outsourcers, software companies, cable operators, wireless cable operators and telephone companies. Mr. Moseley brought to Daniels more than 10 years of experience as a financial professional within the computer and telecommunications industries. He worked as an independent consultant on various communications industry projects, including evaluating the financial impact of various FCC regulations on the telecommunications industry. Before that, he worked as a controller for computer and communications equipment companies in the U.S. and Hong Kong. Mr. Moseley earned a bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA and an MBA in finance from the University of Denver. |
