Craig Klosterman comes to eASIC with extensive experience in finance and general management and proven instrumental role in achieving fast growth and increased market share in the high-tech industry. Klosterman served as WebEx Communications Chief Financial Officer and led the company through successful initial public offering. Previously, Klosterman worked as Chief Financial Officer at Informatica Corporation and managed the company’s finance before and after its initial public offering. Prior to Informatica, Klosterman held various top management positions at Lumisys, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer during the initial public offering. Klosterman was also nominated to Lumisys board of directors. Earlier in his career, Klosterman has served in executive and management roles at Voysys, Zycad and KLA Instruments.
Klosterman received his BS in Mechanical Engineering, Cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, Graduate Division, Pennsylvania. |
