Craig Johnson is corporate vice president of strategy and planning, reporting to Michael J. Fister, President and CEO. His responsibilities include market intelligence, planning and select business development activities. Johnson joined Cadence in 2004 and has led the implementation of a new companywide strategic planning process.
Prior to Cadence, Johnson spent 11 years at Intel in a variety of positions. Most recently, he was Director of Strategic Marketing in Intel's Enterprise Platforms Group, with responsibility for technology strategy, enabling and planning. In the area of manufacturing, Johnson managed production in Intel's Mask Operations. In the area of product development, he drove feature requirements for microprocessors as a product planner. Johnson also was Technical Assistant to Fister, who at the time managed Intel's Enterprise business unit.
Johnson holds a B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering, as well as a Masters of Business Administration, both from Brigham Young University. |
