Craig Hiemstra is the Vice-President, Sales. With more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international sales and marketing for such companies as Monsanto, FCStone, Farm Journal, Broadcast Partners and Prairie iNet, Craig brings a potent mix of early-stage business development experience, and foundation skill-sets grounded in extensive time with a market-leading agricultural multi-national. He has served as a senior manager in five early-stage ventures. Most recently, Craig was Vice-President of Business Development for FCO2, an enterprise platform that he co-developed at FCStone. In 2000, Craig co-founded Prairie iNet, a regional fixed wireless broadband provider, strategically targeting the agricultural-rural environment, and still serving 120 rural communities in Iowa and Illinois. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Craig invested 10 years with Monsanto in both livestock and crop protection categories, achieving successive roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, product management, emerging and new market development, and sales management in both North American and off-shore markets. Craig holds a BS in Ag Education from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. |
