Craig Froude has served since July 2005 as Executive Vice President, WebMD Health Services of our company. From October 2002 until July 2005 Mr. Froude served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of our Health Services Group which conducts our private portals business and which Emdeon contributed to our company in connection with our initial public offering. From December 1996 until its acquisition by Emdeon in October 2002 Mr. Froude served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WellMed Inc. a predecessor to our Health Services Group. |
