Craig is Managing Partner of our Pittsburgh affiliate covering Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. Craig has over 20 years of experience in technology companies. Most recently he was VP Americas for ADC where he was instrumental in developing strategic relationships with major system integrators, software and hardware companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cap Gemini E&Y, Accenture, Nortel, IBM, Compaq and EDS.
Prior to ADC he was VP of Business Development for CoManage, a startup provider of OSS Software products. In this position he was responsible for developing alliances with major telecommunication equipment providers and securing funding from leading Venture firms including Lucent Ventures, SAIC, Patricof, Adams Capital, Columbia Capital and Goldman Sachs.
Prior to this he served as Senior VP Business Develeopment and Sales with Teltrend, establishing new markets in Europe and Asia while expanding markets in North America. Mr. Eckert also served as VP and CEO for Century Communications, at CenturyTel where he was credited with turning around the Long Distance and Call Center Businesses and creating their Internet Service Business. He has also served as VP for North American Sales for Nortel.
He holds an Engineering Degree from the University of South Florida and earned his MBA at Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Eckert also serves on the executive board of the National Engineering Consortium. |
