As vice president of the USA region, Craig Cheek is responsible for leading Nike’s cross-functional teams. Under Craig’s leadership, the USA footwear business has established steady momentum over the last two years.
Before joining Nike, Craig spent four years learning the shoe business at Nordstrom. He also spent two years working at Hilton Hotels through the company’s sales management training program while working at two of Hilton Hotels’ largest West Coast properties.
Craig supports youth sports programs and church youth ministry. He also enjoys snowboarding and attending sports events with his wife, Sue, and his three sons, Ryan, Taylor, and Austin.
For Craig, the coolest thing about working at Nike is the people. It is a very energizing culture to be a part of, he said. The people here love sports, love competition, love to have fun and think of this place as a family. What more can you ask for? |
