Current responsibility
Craig is a principal and director of Milliman's Benefits Resource Center (BRC). The BRC is a centralized technology and contact center services provider for all Milliman Employee Benefits Retirement Plan administration regions in the US. Craig brings more than 15 years of experience in mission-critical data center operations and software project management to the task of running the BRC.
Craig sets the vision for the data center hosting, software development, and contact center teams building Milliman's recordkeeping platform, called "RPAS" (the Retirement Plan Administration System). RPAS is the firmwide recordkeeping platform used in the administration of 401(k), profit sharing, nonqualified, and defined benefit plans.
Craig is responsible for setting the BRC's strategic direction, operational execution, financial accountability, and organizational development. He leads the BRC's staff of programmers, testers, and operations management professionals in releasing enhanced software on an innovative 60-day release cycle.
Craig also advises Milliman's recordkeeping operations in strategic planning and regularly consults on firmwide technology initiatives.

An acknowledged authority in his field, Craig is a frequent speaker before professional groups and technology organizations on measuring technology's impact in organizational development. He has also written several nationally published articles and white papers on a variety of subjects in information technology.
