Craig W. Silverstein is a Principal in the firm, specializing in the representation of public power entities in regulatory and transactional matters. Mr. Silverstein's areas of expertise include electric power supply and natural gas contracting, project development, rate design and service issues, market-based rate authority, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, and the policies and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.Mr. Silverstein is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is a member of the Energy Bar Association and previously served as Chair of the EBA FERC Administration, Administrative Practice and Administrative Law Judges Committee (2003-2004). Mr. Silverstein is also an active member of the Electric Cooperative Bar Association.Mr. Silverstein has spent his entire career as an attorney with Miller, Balis & O'Neil, P.C. While attending law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Bernard Markovitz, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and as a law clerk for the Honorable Timothy K.
