W. Craig Burns is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Burns was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on March 20, 2001. Mr. Burns was Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from April 2000 to March 2001. Mr. Burns has been responsible for the Company’s corporate accounting, global risk management and tax planning, and has also been involved in the Company’s corporate finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Burns was an international tax manager with Coopers & Lybrand, where he spent 12 years serving on both the audit and the international business consulting staff.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Burns was a Senior Tax Manager with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP from June 1989 to February 1996.
Mr. Burns is a certified public accountant and has a B.S. degree in Taxation from Villanova University. |
