Craig Lynch represents buyers, sellers, developers, owners, tenants and landlords in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of real property. Mr. Lynch also represents lenders and borrowers in loan transactions secured by real property. He focuses his commercial real estate practice on the following four primary types of clients: national franchisees, health care entities, foreign entities and developers. Complementing his counsel of real estate clients, Mr. Lynch has more than six years of commercial litigation experience.
Mr. Lynch represents clients in the following matters:
Contract negotiations, title examinations and closings with respect to the acquisition, assemblage and disposition of real property
Development transactions, including due diligence, restrictive covenants, architectural guidelines, development agreements, easements and license agreements
Real property options to purchase and rights of first refusal
Acquisition, construction and permanent loans
Leases and ground leases
Construction contracts
Intercreditor agreements and pledge agreements
Foreclosure proceedings and work-outs on behalf of secured lenders
Real estate disputes in federal and state appellate proceedings, litigation actions bankruptcy proceedings and arbitration proceedings
The transactions in which Mr. Lynch has assisted his clients involve sports venues, manufacturing facilities and warehouses, office buildings, medical facilities, apartment complexes, retirement communities, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, golf courses and tennis clubs, universities, farms, dairies and feed mills, coal mines, automobile dealerships and service centers, marinas, churches, parking facilities and single-family, multi-family and mixed use development.
