R. Craig Romaine, Vice President, is an expert in the economics of industrial organization and finance. Since joining CRA in 1987, he has provided economic consulting services and litigation support to clients on a wide range of issues in antitrust, intellectual property, financial valuation, securities fraud, international trade, and transfer pricing. In the field of antitrust, Mr. Romaine has worked on numerous mergers, agency investigations, criminal price-fixing cases, and both liability and damages issues in civil antitrust actions. He has worked on antitrust matters involving computer hardware and software, credit card networks, and a variety of consumer and industrial products. He also has extensive experience in the evaluation and measurement of damages for patent infringement, antitrust violations, and breach of contract. |
