Craig Mills concentrates in structured finance, where he has worked on transactions involving a variety of asset types, with a primary focus on collateralized debt obligations. Mr. Mills has represented issuers, asset managers, financial guarantors, underwriters and placement agents in connection with public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. He has extensive recent experience with synthetic CDO transactions (including representing counterparties). Mr. Mills has also been active in emerging insurance-linked securities, including the first capital markets securities supporting XXX and AXXX reserves and disability reserves.
