Mr. Johnson served as head of North American Private Equity at ABN Amro prior to joining Wood Warren. Mr. Johnson was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Securities as the head of its technology and communications practice prior to joining ABN Amro. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Johnson served as head of Global Technology Investment Banking and the San Francisco office at Smith Barney and was head of West Coast Investment Banking at Dean Witter Reynolds from 1983 to 1987. His investment banking experience includes working with companies such as Albertson's, Amgen, Cisco Systems, Credence Systems, EMC, Franklin Covey, Infineon, Infonet, KLA Instruments, Lam Research, Oregon Steel, Red Hook Brewing, Sharper Image, Siemens and Telstra. Mr. Johnson served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He received a B.A. from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University. |
