Dr. Craig L. Ziering President of the Advisory Board and Senior Medical Director. Dr. Ziering is providing valuable consultation in both the skin care and hair care areas of the Company's markets. Dr. Ziering is a pioneer in laser resurfacing, having been a clinical researcher for early lasers in the cosmetic field; developed procedures for their use as well as physician laser training around the world. As a leading authority in hair restoration he developed the widely used Ziering Whorl procedure. Dr. Ziering is well recognized researcher, educator, speaker and television personality having a recurring role on ABC’s Extreme Makeover and most recently as a regular on Discovery Channel’s Cosmetic Surgery series. Dr. Ziering is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and past President of the Board of the American College of Dermatology. Larry Zuccolotto Vice President Operations Mr. Zuccolotto has over 20 years in successful sales and marketing experience, management and product development/distribution of health products. Mr. Zuccolotto most recently was Founder and CEO of Giovane Medical Services, Inc. Giovane develops, manufactures and distributes anti-aging products for medical professionals and personal trainers. Giovane also maintains a fully functioning medical practice in the field of anti-aging to highlight its own products as well as regular prescriptive medications and medical services. Giovane’s educational arm provides certification programs in anti-aging for medical doctors, chiropractors, and personal trainers. Mr. Zuccolotto has lectured internationally on anti-aging field. Prior to beginning Giovane Medical Services, Mr. Zuccolotto was a pioneer and leader in the health care services, especially in Sacramento. He was Co-founder of the Vanguard Club: a PAC for health care reform and member of the Committee for Health Care Reform under Speaker of the House Willie Brown as well as serving on the legislative committee that wrote small group reform in CA under Gov. Dukemeijan, thereby setting precedent for rest of the nation for guaranteed issue of insurance. Mr. Zuccolotto was Co-founder and President of the Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters.
