He also practices non-profit organization Law. Mr. McCullough previously served as Director of the Utah Securities Commission. He served as a voting member of the North American Securities Administrator's Association (NASSA) and as a member of the NASSA Investment Advisor Committee. Mr. McCullough served as in-house counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Northwest Alaskan Pipeline. He also served as General Counsel for a securities broker dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers and in seven states.
