Craig Eric Schneier Ph.D. is our Executive Vice President Human Resources Public Affairs & Corporate Communications and has served in that position since the merger in November 2003. Dr. Schneier was previously Executive Vice President Human Resources of Biogen Inc. a position he held since January 2003. He joined Biogen in 2001 as Senior Vice President Strategic Organization Design and Effectiveness after having served as an external consultant to the company for eight years. Prior to that Dr. Schneier was president of his own management consulting firm in Princeton NJ where he provided consulting services to more than 70 of the Fortune 100 companies as well as several of the largest European and Asian firms. Dr. Schneier held a tenured professorship at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business and has held teaching positions at the business schools of the University of Michigan and Columbia University as well as at the Tuck School of Business Dartmouth College. |
