Since coming to MagnaCare in April of 2000, Craig has directed MagnaCare's Law Department and also served as MagnaCare's Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. A 1988 graduate of New York Law School, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Medicine, Craig has held senior level management positions at Olsten Health Services, where he was Senior Counsel for Managed Care, American Medical and Life Insurance Company, where he served as Director and Vice President, General Counsel and NextStage Healthcare Management, Inc./MDNY Healthcare, Inc., where he was Vice President and General Counsel. Craig is frequently called upon to speak on managed healthcare legal issues and has published articles in various national publications, including The New York Times, New York Law Journal and American Heritage. Craig also serves as an American Health Lawyers Association arbitrator in national consumer and commercial healthcare disputes and as Counsel To The Settlement Administrator in several nationwide healthcare antitrust class action lawsuits. |
