An associate in the Las Vegas office, Mr. Newby currently practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Newby practiced civil and commercial litigation with Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP in Chicago. During his practice in Chicago, he had the opportunity to argue an appeal before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Newby is admitted to practice in all Nevada and Illinois state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
