Craig Kepler is a partner in Lindquist & Vennum’s Real Estate practice group. He has extensive experience with a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including negotiating, drafting and closing real estate purchases and sales, commercial leases, ground leases, financing transactions, and condominium documents. He has represented sellers and buyers, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, and developers in all phases of transactional, litigation, and bankruptcy matters.Craig began his practice as a real estate litigator. He has tried and arbitrated cases involving real estate, partnership, and financing deals gone awry. Although his practice has been exclusively transactional for over a decade, Craig’s depth of experience in both transactions and litigation allows him to craft efficient and economical solutions tailored to clients’ needs and structured to create simplicity. Craig’s personal goal is to deliver services to his clients that he would want from a lawyer if he himself were the client. Rather than try to tell clients what they should do, Craig strives to understand what his clients want to achieve.
