Craig Huffman is the co-founder of our predecessor company Internal Command and has overseen the development of our Energy Commander technology. He has been instrumental in all of Renewable Energy Resources’ corporate operations patent protection and all aspects of our corporate build up.
Mr. Huffman has executed new revenue agreements for the company yielding a rise in the market value of IHDR and is responsible for the EU plan and contract with Cm2. He is a co-founder and board member of Sports Alumni International Inc (SPNI) and represented as asset manager a European investment fund’s transition into 32 public companies for new technologies.
Craig authored the business plan for IHDR all contracts and our revenue model. His combined business and legal expertise greatly aid the company in the areas of corporate governance and business ethics.
Prior to Renewable Energy Resources Mr. Huffman served with both the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. He later became a solo legal practitioner in the practice areas of criminal law civil tort and appellate work. Mr. Huffman holds a B.A. from the University of Tampa and a J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law.
